Nice to meet you! I’m Sage.

Originally from Bemidji, Minnesota, I am now a Twin-Cities based musical theatre artist. I have my BFA in Music Theatre with minors in Dance and Arts Administration from Viterbo University’s Conservatory for the performing arts. Two days after graduation, I moved to Minneapolis for a 6-month performer contract at Valleyfair, and I have been here and busy ever since! In addition to performing, I teach youth theatre and dance and this will be my fifth year as a children’s performer with Princess Party Pals.
As a children’s performer, I am passionate about the power of art for children battling critical illness. This passion has taken shape in the form of my CSI: Artful Hearts. My mission is to empower children with the magic of creativity, igniting hope and joy amidst childhood illness. This work has allowed me to closely collaborate with outstanding organizations like Make-a-Wish, Crescent Cove, Childrens of MN, and more. Artful Hearts is driven by the belief that art goes beyond the realms of entertainment, it provides a creative outlet, communication skills, and improves confidence and self-esteem to the kids who need it most.
When I’m not performing, you might find me doodling, exploring the thrift shops of Minneapolis, baking up a storm, in a coffee shop reading (currently working on Game of Thrones), taking an exercise class at the YMCA, sewing a new creation, or rewatching Project Runway. I also love to spend time with my friends, family, and my stray-cat-turned-rescue-BFF, Cosmo.
